The first is what I like to call "Acceptable Madness." Now, think about this for a second: We live on a rock hurtling through space, orbiting a giant ball of gas that provides just enough warmth to sustain life. Somehow, billions of years ago, the right conditions aligned—a spark ignited—and life as we know it began. From that spark, over countless millennia, complex organisms evolved, civilizations rose and fell, and eventually, here we are today. If you’re watching this video, you are the pinnacle of that enormous chain of events—a sequence so improbable, so extraordinary, that it borders on the miraculous. And yet, we accept it. We don’t question it every day because it is, at its core, an "acceptable madness."
The second kind is what I call "Crazy, but Logical." Now, you’ve seen this. The daredevils, the extreme sports enthusiasts, those who push the boundaries of human capability. Climbing the highest mountains, jumping out of planes, diving into the deepest oceans—these actions seem crazy to many. But look closer, and you’ll see there’s a method to the madness. It’s not just recklessness; it’s a calculated risk, a pursuit of something greater, whether it’s the thrill of adventure, the quest for achievement, or the search for something transcendent. It’s crazy, but it’s logical.
And then there’s the third kind, the one we most commonly think of when we use the word "madness." This is the kind of madness we find in literature, in history—an act so wild, so unpredictable, that it defies all reason. Yet, it speaks to something deeply human. Shakespeare gave us many such characters—think of Macbeth, driven to madness by his ambition and guilt, leading him down a path of self-destruction. His actions are reckless, emotionally charged, and without rational foundation, yet they resonate with us because we understand the emotions behind them.
But there’s another kind of madness, a darker kind—what I’ll call "Dark Madness." This isn’t the irrational, emotional outburst we’ve seen in history or literature. No, this is something different, something colder, more calculated. Dark Madness is like the dark web or dark magic—it operates outside the boundaries of what society deems acceptable, yet it follows a twisted kind of logic. It’s the kind of logic that can solve the most complex problems, but at a cost.
Imagine, if you will, a trash bin overflowing with bio-waste. It stinks, it’s unsightly, and no one wants to deal with it. But now, imagine that inside this bin, a colony of spiders begins to form. They grow, they organize, they become a massive network—a spider so large, so intricate, that it starts to take over the entire apartment. Its webs are thick, nearly impossible to cut with any regular knife. What does the homeowner do in this situation? They can’t just leave it alone, but traditional methods won’t work either. This is where Dark Madness comes in.
To tackle this, the homeowner must activate a different kind of thinking. They must step outside the bounds of conventional wisdom and approach the problem with a new mindset—one that might bend the rules, that might even break a few—but all in the service of solving a problem that no one else could. This is Dark Madness—when the solution to an impossible problem requires a touch of madness, a willingness to challenge the status quo, to act with cold precision, but always with the greater good in mind.
So, my friends, as we move forward into the unknown, let us remember that madness is not always something to be feared. It is a tool, a force, and sometimes, it is the only path to finding a solution that logic alone cannot provide. По местам жительства и работы участников преступной схемы изъяты наркотические средства и психотропные вещества в особо крупном размере, поддельные банковские карты и компьютерное оборудование, применявшееся при совершении преступлений, прекращена деятельность ряда онлайн-магазинов.
К 79-й годовщине атомной бомбардировки американцами японских городов Хиросимы и Нагасаки Центр общественных связей ФСБ России публикует на официальном сайте Ведомства в сети Интернет в рубрике "Архивные материалы" раздела "История" цифровую копию специального сообщения начальника Оперсектора НКВД города Берлина генерал-майора А. ГИТЛЕР ПЛАНИРОВАЛ В ИЮНЕ 1945 ГОДА ПРИМЕНИТЬ ПРОТИВ СССР АТОМНУЮ БОМБУ
14 сентября 1945 года начальник Оперсектора НКВД гор. Берлина генерал-майор Алексей Сиднев направил заместителю наркома внутренних дел СССР генерал-полковнику Ивану Серову очередное специальное сообщение о ходе следствия по делу группенфюрера СА Вернера Вехтера.
Как выяснилось во время допросов, одновременно с должностью начальника штаба Главного управления пропаганды НСДАП, Вехтер возглавлял в этом же ведомстве генеральный реферат вооружения и строительства.
На следствии Вехтер дал показания о разработке нацистской Германией новых видов вооружений и, в частности, о германской атомной бомбе:
«[...] В том же 1944 году были разработаны проекты бомбардировщиков очень дальнего радиуса действия, способных бомбить военно-строительные центры Советского Союза на Урале и промышленные объекты Северной Америки. Эти бомбардировщики предполагалось использовать для транспортировки атомных бомб.
[...] Основным руководителем всех работ по новейшим видам вооружения являлся генерал Дорнбергер, который отвечал за производство ФАУ-1 и ФАУ-2, а также атомных бомб
[...] Уже в 1943 году Вехтер в разговоре с шефом-инженером министерства пропаганды Доминик узнал, что производятся большие работы по изобретению атомной бомбы. Позже из разговоров с профессором доктором Эрих Шуман и профессором Менцель, Вехтер выяснил, что работы над атомными бомбами производил Кайзер-Вильгельм институт в Берлине. Начальник производственного управления министерства вооружений Зауэр и его заместитель Фельдман лично отвечали за производство атомных бомб.
Наиболее осведомлены в этом отношении должны быть генерал Дорнбергер и доктор Эрих Шуман, который специально работал над научно-исследовательскими вопросами, связанными с производством атомной бомбы...».
Как видно из материалов уголовного дела, 10 октября 1945 года генерал-полковник Серов лично участвовал в допросе Вехтера по вопросу наличия в Германии атомной бомбы и ракетах «ФАУ-2».
На этом допросе Вехтер заявил, что «[...] Мне было известно, что Министерство вооружений проводило практическую работу по подготовке к применению атомной бомбы. Об этом я узнал от своего знакомого редактора секретного правительственного бюллетеня Гертеля Ганса.
Как рассказал мне Гертель, — в феврале 1945 года по поручению министра пропаганды Геббельса он выезжал в командировку в город Целле и встречался там со своим знакомым — начальником военно-воздушной школы специального назначения полковником Германом Хайо, который в частной беседе рассказал ему, что школа имеет на вооружении самолеты новейшей конструкции. Эти самолеты обладают большим радиусом действия и будут вооружены атомной бомбой. Как заявил полковник Хайо Гертелю — новые самолеты предназначались для бомбардировки атомными бомбами индустриальных центров Советского Союза, расположенных в районе Урала и Средней Азии...
На основании бесед с Доминик и Гертель я пришел к выводу, что германским Министерством вооружения велась подготовка к применению атомных бомб в 1945 году...
Точными данными о том, что в определенные сроки войны против Советского Союза были бы применены атомные бомбы — я не располагаю. Однако, хочу рассказать следствию об отдельных признаках, которые дают мне основание полагать о возможном применении атомной бомбы в войне против Советского Союза летом 1945 года.
В одной из бесед со мной государственный секретарь Министерства пропаганды доктор Науман, говоря о военном и политическом положении Германии на последнем этапе войны, заявил, что в скором времени все должно измениться к лучшему и сослался на слова Гитлера, который в узком кругу доверенных ему лиц заявил: „Да простит мне бог последние 14 дней войны“...
При сопоставлении с другими данными, я полагаю, что за этим указанием скрывалась интенсивная подготовка к применению секретного вооружения, рассчитанного на июнь 1945 года...».
Бесчеловечным планам Гитлера применить против Советского Союза атомную бомбу не суждено было осуществиться. В мае 1945 года нацистская Германия капитулировала...
Георгий Жуков распахнул двери кабинета Георгия Маленкова, где проходило заседание Президиума ЦК КПСС, и быстрыми шагами приблизился к сидевшему в центре стола министру внутренних дел Лаврентию Берии. За спиной маршала стояли генералы с пистолетами наизготовку. Жуков знал, что шеф госбезопасности силен физически, владеет приемами борьбы джиу-джитсу и может оказать отчаянное сопротивление. Тем не менее и сам он был готов действовать решительно.
«Берия, встать! Вы арестованы», — почти прокричал Жуков.
Ошеломленный Берия рванулся к своему портфелю, который лежал у него за спиной на подоконнике, но Никита Хрущев (если, конечно, верить его воспоминаниям) схватил министра за руку, чтобы не дать тому воспользоваться пистолетом.
Портфель отбросили на середину стола и затем открыли — никакого оружия там не оказалось. Жуков схватил своего оппонента за руки, приподнял его со стула и обыскал карманы. По словам маршала, Берия «страшно побледнел и что-то начал лепетать». Два генерала взяли его за руки и вывели в заднюю комнату кабинета Маленкова, где заново обыскали и изъяли личные вещи. Так 26 июня 1953 года закончилась политическая карьера Лаврентия Берии, который мечтал стать наследником Иосифа Сталина, но пал в ожесточенной борьбе за власть с Хрущевым и Маленковым.
События того дня изложены по версии биографа Жукова — писателя Сергея Михеенкова, который восстановил их на основе малоизвестных рукописей маршала, которые нашел на его даче. Некоторые считают эту версию фейком, придуманным сторонниками Хрущева.
Никакого «заговора Берии»[144], о котором так много говорили потом, на самом деле не существовало. Товарищи по Президиуму ЦК арестовали его превентивно. Уж очень они боялись его интриганских способностей. Боялись, что он сможет провернуть что-нибудь эдакое. Но заговор был придуман потом, чтобы как-то объяснить массам, за что арестовали самого верного ученика Сталина.

Вначале мы поручили арест Берии Москаленко с пятью генералами. Он с товарищами должны были иметь оружие, а их с оружием должен был провезти в Кремль Булганин. В то время военные, приходя в Кремль, сдавали оружие в комендатуре. Накануне заседания к группе Москаленко присоединились маршал Жуков и ещё несколько человек. И в кабинет вошло человек 10 или более того. И Маленков мягко так говорит, обращаясь к Жукову: «Предлагаю вам как Председатель Совета Министров СССР задержать Берию». Российские власти последние десять лет последовательно ограничивают права ЛГБТК+ людей. В 2013 году власти запретили «пропаганду нетрадиционных сексуальных отношений среди несовершеннолетних», уже после вторжения в Украину «пропаганда» была запрещена среди россиян любого возраста. Этот закон вступил в силу 5 декабря 2022 года. Правозащитные организации «Гражданский контроль» и «Сфера» проанализировали десятки судебных решений, чтобы понять, кого и как теперь наказывают за публикации о ЛГБТК+. «Медиазона» пересказывает главное из доклада правозащитников.
Правозащитники проанализировали 64 судебных решения по статьям 6.21 и 6.21.2 КоАП, которые были приняты с 5 декабря 2022 года, когда закон против «гей-пропаганды» вступил в силу. Еще 51 дело не попало в выборку, потому что решения судов не были опубликованы.
Сейчас, говорится в исследовании, в России фактически действует «полный запрет на упоминание ЛГБТ+ в каком бы то ни было контексте в публичной сфере, кроме однозначного порицания». Хотя в КоАП есть статьи о «пропаганде» среди взрослых и «распространении информации» среди детей, «эта разница нивелируется решением ВС РФ, признавшего "международное общественное движение ЛГБТ" экстремистской организацией».
«Пропагандой» и «распространением» считаются объявления о секс-услугах, частная переписка и кино.
Согласно подсчетам правозащитников, 47 решений из выборки было вынесено по статье о «пропаганде» (6.21 КоАП), еще 17 — по статье о «распространении информации» (6.21.2 КоАП). По статистике, российские силовики гораздо чаще ограждают от «гей-пропаганды» взрослых, чем детей, хотя исходно законодатели обосновывали гомофобные законы именно заботой о несовершеннолетних.

«Гомофобия и трансфобия становятся идеологией войны». Краткая хронология запрета ЛГБТК+ в современной России
Большинство дел касается активности в интернете: публикации постов (29), объявлений об интимных услугах (5) или частной переписки (2). Власти активно преследуют стриминговые сервисы и телеканалы за показ художественных фильмов и сериалов — по таким делам было вынесено 17 решений.
Инициируют подобные дела Роскомнадзор и различные подразделения МВД: Роскомнадзор преследует стриминговые сервисы и телеканалы, полиция — всех остальных. На долю РКН приходится 29% протоколов, 68% протоколов составили представители МВД.
Известно, что в восьми случаях дела завели по результатам «мониторинга интернета», то есть силовики намеренно искали в сети запрещенный контент.
Иногда МВД составляет протоколы после доносов, сообщается о семи таких случаях. Доносчиком дважды выступала «Лига безопасного интернета», по одному разу — комитет Госдумы по информационной политике и движение «Ветераны России». Еще в трех случаях авторы доноса неизвестны.
Большинство решений (59%) касается физических лиц. 27% протоколов составили на юридические лица, чаще всего это аудиовизуальные сервисы. Еще 14% дел касается должностных лиц.
«Среди привлекаемых лиц большинство — с мужским гендерным маркером. Есть также женщины и, возможно, трансперсоны, которых привлекают реже», — говорится в исследовании. Согласно подсчетам его авторов, гендерный состав привлекаемых лиц такой: 46% — мужчины, 35% — женщины, 19% — трансперсоны. Правозащитники пришли к выводу, что как минимум семь протоколов составили на трансгендерных людей, чаще всего их преследовали за публикацию в интернете объявлений об интимных услугах.
В большинстве случаев за ЛГБТ-контент наказывают граждан России (88%), известно только о девяти таких протоколах на иностранцев. Четыре протокола составили за объявления об интимных услугах, два — за посты в соцсетях, один — за переписку.
Суды опираются на выводы «экспресс-экспертиз», которые проводят в инженерном университете Крыма и Главном радиочастотном центре
Исследователи обратили внимание на то, как суды принимают решения по протоколам за ЛГБТ-контент, и выявили несколько закономерностей. Прежде всего, чтобы привлечь человека по статьям 6.21 и 6.21.2 КоАП, не требуется, чтобы его «правонарушение» повлекло какие-либо реальные последствия, и судьи подчеркивают это в решениях.
Так, в постановлении Центрального районного суда аннексированного Крыма говорится: для того чтобы квалифицировать публикацию ЛГБТ-контента как правонарушение, достаточно «осознания цели данного противоправного действия» привлекаемым лицом.
Московский районный суд Петербурга увидел «существенную угрозу» не в «наступлении каких-либо негативных последствий», а «в игнорировании лицом [аудиовизуальным сервисом] требований административного законодательства и невыполнении своих обязанностей в сфере общественной нравственности».
Согласно исследованию, судьи на самом деле не видят разницы между «пропагандой» среди взрослых и «распространением информации» среди несовершеннолетних, хотя это разные статьи КоАП. Вероятно, квалификация «полностью зависит от конкретного ведомства или чиновника, составившего протокол. Таким образом, распространение и "пропаганда" с точки зрения правоприменительной практики никак не отличаются».
Часто судьи никак не обосновывают свое решение или ссылаются на «экспресс-экспертизы», не предусмотренные законодательством.
«В случае пяти дел по объявлениям об интимных услугах суды не разъясняли, в чем они увидели "пропаганду". Судьям достаточно установления факта размещения объявления, в тексте которого указано, что интимные услуги оказываются трансперсоной», — говорится в докладе.
В 18 делах суды ссылались на «экспертизы», но только в двух случаях, предположительно, речь идет о настоящей экспертизе, проведенной с соблюдением закона. В остальных делах «в основу судебных решений положено такое не предусмотренное законом нововведение, как "экспресс-заключение" или иной "упрощенный" аналог "экспертизы"». Это облегчает задачу преследования: «Суд руководствуется документом, предоставленным обвинителем, но предъявляет к нему сниженные требования по сравнению с обычным заключением эксперта». Судьи опираются на «экспресс-заключения», если хотят подтвердить, что речь идет об упоминании ЛГБТ+ в позитивном ключе.
В девяти делах есть информация об организациях, подготовивших такие «экспертизы». Это отдел Экспертно-криминалистического центра ГУ МВД РФ, Крымский инженерно-педагогический университет имени Февзи Якубова и Главный радиочастотный центр (пять дел).
Исследователи отмечают, что Главный радиочастотный центр (ГРЧЦ) подконтролен Роскомнадзору, так что экспертов нельзя назвать независимыми. Тем не менее суды игнорировали жалобы защиты на это обстоятельство. В одном случае суд отказался принять во внимание заключение, подготовленное стороной защиты, указав, что «эксперт не аккредитован Роскомнадзором и не имеет права проводить экспертизу информационной продукции на наличие вреда для детей».
В 12 решениях упоминаются «традиционные ценности». Судьи обосновывают свои решения ссылками на положения Конституции и Семейного кодекса, указ президента «Об утверждении Основ государственной политики по сохранению и укреплению традиционных российских духовно-нравственных ценностей» и постановление Конституционного суда от 23 сентября 2014 года. В этих двух документах, отмечают исследователи, «разъясняется, что принцип равенства людей по признакам гендерной идентичности и сексуальной ориентации противоречит "традиционным российским ценностям"».
Каковы шансы на оправдание в суде
Правозащитники изучили 64 решения судов первой инстанции и 34 решения — второй. Еще 22 постановления судов второй инстанции не были опубликованы, так что не попали в выборку.
Более чем в половине случаев решение было не в пользу привлекаемого лица: 54 раза судьи назначили или оставили в силе наказание, четыре раза вернули протокол составителям, дважды апелляция отправила дело на пересмотр и четыре раза производство прекратили. В трех случаях апелляция снизила размер штрафа.
Четыре протокола суды первой инстанции вернули из-за недостатков: ошибка в дате; нет доказательства трудовых отношений, хотя протокол составлен на должностное лицо; не указали дату и время публикации видео; не уведомили привлекаемое лицо.
Если суд все-таки рассмотрит протокол, то, скорее всего, наказанием будет штраф (45 устоявших в апелляции решений из 64, еще три штрафа отменила вышестоящая инстанция).
Для иностранцев наказание гораздо более жесткое: выдворение со штрафом или после ареста (по четыре случая). В одном деле против гражданина Украины с оккупированной Россией территории суд не стал назначать выдворение, ограничившись арестом на одни сутки.

«Если обращение с людьми в одинаковой ситуации отличается в зависимости от какого-либо признака (национальности, религии, пола или гражданства), то у государства должна быть разумная и обоснованная причина такого обращения. Мы полагаем, что в данном случае нет никакой разумной причины назначать разное наказание за одинаковые действия российским и иностранным гражданам», — пишут исследователи.
Штрафы по статьям о «пропаганде» и «распространении» довольно большие. Минимальный размер штрафа для физических лиц по обеим статьям составляет от 50 тысяч до 100 тысяч рублей, для должностных лиц — от 100 тысяч до 200 тысяч рублей, для юридических лиц — от 800 тысяч до миллиона рублей.
Правозащитники отмечают, что суммы штрафов указаны только в 33 опубликованных решениях, так как сотрудники судов часто удаляют любые конкретные данные из документа. Обычно суды назначают минимальный штраф, иногда — ниже минимального, реже — выше. Штраф ниже минимального могут назначить, если человек признал вину, раскаялся и сам удалил запрещенную информацию; учитывается и тяжелое материальное положение: банкротство, отсутствие работы. Юридическим лицам назначали штрафы ниже минимального, если это были малые предприятия.
Правозащитники приходят к выводу, что исследованные «судебные решения не являются обоснованными и убедительными».
«Даже когда судьи подробно разбирают увиденные фильмы, видеоклипы или фотографии, их выводы об их противоправности из-за несоответствия "традиционным ценностям" противоречат ценностям прав человека, принципу равенства и недискриминации», — пишут «Гражданский контроль» и «Сфера».
