A simple implementation of Least Recently Used Cache. It can be used in both
- it uses bson (binary json)
- it store the data on a file in the given file path
- Storage is on disk not in memory
- it doesnt use bson
- its stores the data in the localstorage of the browser
- Storage is in browser not in memory
- The max number entries in the cache
- The path to store that file (ONLY IN NODE.JS VERSION)

- It returns true or false depending on whether or not the key exist and puts it in the top of the list
