間違った目標設定

  • 抽象的な目標
  • 高すぎる目標
  • 低すぎる目標
  • 本当にやりたいこと以外の目標を立てる

SMARTの法則

  • Specific (具体的)
  • Measurable (測定可能か)
  • Achievalble (達成可能か)
  • Result-oriented (達成したい成果に基づいた目標であるか)
  • Time-Related (期限が設定されているか)

目標を達成するために必要な3つのこと

  • 今からできる行動に落とし込む
  • 記録を取る
  • 振り返って改善する
