4 athletes on each team will complete:
AMRAP in 4 minutes:

- 5x Pullups
- 10x Pushups
- 15x Air Squats"
Straight into 4 minutes to find a max:
- Snatch
DI: Full Snatch (squat) DII & III: Any Style Snatch
- Each athlete must complete both parts (back to back)
- Score = total reps (not rounds) + total lbs lifted
- Female lifts x1.5
Score: Total Points (1 point / rep + 1 point per pound)
Spread:* 100 Points
2 points: Team with most points
1 point: Team that beats spread
0 Points: If team loses by more than spread
*Spread = the number of points (or time) a team has to win (or not lose) by to claim the bonus point.
- All movements follow typical standards
- Complex must be unbroken - the barbell may not rest on the ground at anytime
- 'Full Snatch' means the ahtlete must pass through a squat
Teams of 2 athletes will work as 1
Athletes A&B Will complete:
2 rounds for time:
- 30/22 x Calorie Row
- 15 x Clean & Jerk (DI: 135/95)(DII: 115/80)(DIII:95/65)
Once both athletes have completed 2 rounds, athlete C&D will do the same.
- both athletes of the pair will complete all of the work
- the athlete may not start the 2nd round until their partner has also completed the first full round
- time stops when the 2nd athlete of the 2nd pair finishes their final rep OR both pairs can go same time, and scores are added together

Team of 4
1 Athlete working at a time on the WOD. All athletes at the same time will perform:
- Death by burpees (1 burpee in the first minute, 2 in the 2nd, 3 in the 3rd...)
One athlete at a time (after their burpees) will then work on:
- 100x Ketllbell Swings (DI&II: 24/16kg)(DIII:16/12kg)
- 100x Goblet Squats (DI&II: 24/16kg)(DIII:16/12kg)
16 minute cap.
At 3, 2, 1, go all 4 athletes will perform 1 burpee to begin the 'death by' Once an athlete has prformed their burpeees, they may begin working on the swings/squats Every minute the entire team will all perform the deisgnatd 'death by' set of burpees But only one athlete will work on the swings/squats after they complete their death by If an athlete fails to complete the designated 'death by' reps - they may not do any swings or squats
Score: Final time of the last goblet squat +20s penatly if any athlete drops out of the 'death by' before all reps are completed. +1s for every (swing/squat) rep not completed by 16 minutes
