- 2 kg potatoes
- 3 medium-sized onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 200g diced ham
- 1 cup of olive/vegetable oil (I like equal parts)
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 tbsp estragon
- 2 tbsp rosemary
- 2 tsp sweet paprika
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 3 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Potatoes
- Cut potatoes into bite-sized slices, put in a container with a lid
- Grind the garlic and add
- Add spices and oil
- Close lid and shake vigorously, let sit for 1h or more
- Onions and ham
- Cut onions into large chunks
- Move potatoes from the container to parchment-lined baking trays, keeping the marinade
- Add onions and ham to the marinade and shake, let sit
- Roast!
- Roast potatoes for 1h on 200° fan-forced
- Remove from the oven and cover the potatoes with the onions and ham
- Continue roasting for about 1h
