Project Expectations:
- Learn new things
- Develop proficiency with new communication tools/practices
- Quality > Quantity, while taking a couple risks
- Install circle CI
Team strengths:
- Dione: communication, organization, SQL
- Liam: views, design, some random technical stuff
- Hugh: design, JS, API stuff
- Randy: testing, SQL, API stuff
How to overcome obstacles:
- Communicating issues and utilizing each other's strengths
- Maintaining group congruity and morale
Schedule Expectations (When are we available to work together and individually?):
- Monday: group members want to get their stuff together for the coming onslaught
Communication Expectations (How and often will we communicate? How do we keep lines of communication open?):

- in-person
- Slack: for meeting up, asking non-specific code questions
- Pivotal comments: story questions, plan-of-attack
- Github: code reviews
Workload Expectations (What features do we each want to work on?):
- Bug fixes and chores first
Workflow Expectations (Git workflow/Tools/Code Review/Reviewing Pull Requests):
- One peer reviewer per PR
- part of template to name methods/relevant variables or resources that have been added
Expectations for giving and receiving feedback:
- Direct, would rather know than not

- rails helpers
