- 1 1/3 lb grass-fed beef
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 tsp ground coriander seed
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 4 tbsp softened butter
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground sea salt
- 4 pieces of fresh cheese (Muenster or sharp cheddar are best)
Mix all ingredients; make sure softened butter is distributed evenly throughout meat. Grill over direct heat (inside of grill should be around 500F) until desired doneness is reached, placing cheese on one minute before removing from grill.
