$ virtualenv env

Activate
$ source env/bin/activate

Create requirements.txt
$ env/bin/pip freeze > requirements.txt # install the requirements to another env $ virtualenv env2 $ env2/bin/pip install -r requirements.txt

Deactive the virtual env
$ deactivate
