Fitness Goals

*. Run a 5k in less than... 19:45? *. Run a trail race *. Run two marathon distances in a year *. Run 1500km in the year *. Bench press my bodyweight *. Run longer more regularly * Not sure what this should mean, half marathon at least every 3 months perhaps?

  • Run 2000km in a year
  • Run longer than a marathon
  • Run two marathon races in a year
  • Go ten years without going below 500km in a year

2024

  1. Do some trail running more than once
  2. Manage 100 runs in the year
  3. Run while on holiday away from home
  4. Run four half marathon distances
  5. Get back to some regularity of weights

2023

  1. Run longer more regularly
    • Not sure what this should mean, half marathon at least every 3 months perhaps?
  2. Run 800km in the year
  3. Run a race that gets me a medal and a t-shirt!
  4. Get back to some regularity of weights
  5. ✅ Do some trail running

2022

  1. ✅ Run a marathon race
  2. Run two marathon distances in the year
  3. ✅ Run a 5k race (still park run!)
