We're looking for a passionate and experienced Lead Developer to join our team and help shape the future.
As our Lead Developer, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, architecting and building scalable, high-performance systems that leverage the latest in AI and web technologies. You'll lead (by example) a team of talented developers, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and continuous improvement.
- Architect and develop our core RMM platform using Electron, Chromium, and modern web technologies
- Design and implement AI-driven features that enhance system monitoring, predictive maintenance, and automated issue resolution
- Lead the development of a highly intuitive and responsive user interface that sets new standards in UX/UI for enterprise software
- Build and optimize scalable, distributed systems capable of handling large volumes of data and real-time processing
- Mentor and guide a team of developers, fostering best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and refine product features
- Stay at the cutting edge of technology trends, evaluating and integrating new tools and frameworks as appropriate
- 8+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role
- Extensive experience with Electron, Chrome extensions, and modern web technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3)
- Strong background in building scalable, reliable, and high-performance web applications
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional user experiences in complex software products
- Experience with AI/ML technologies and their practical applications in software products
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, cloud architectures, and microservices
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about complex technical challenges
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a team
- Experience in the RMM, Security & IT management, or enterprise software space
- Contributions to open-source projects or thought leadership in relevant technology areas
- Knowledge of data visualization techniques and libraries
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices
