== Ingredients == | |
* 1 cup water (70° to 80°) | |
* 2 Tsp softened butter | |
* 1 egg | |
* 1/4 cup sugar | |
* 1 tsp salt | |
* 1/2 tsp dried basil | |
* 1/2 tsp oregano | |
* 1/2 tsp thyme | |
* 1/2 tsp rosemary | |
* 3 1/4 cups bread flour | |
* 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast | |
* additional melted butter | |
* coarse/kosher salt | |
== Directions == | |
# In bread machine pan, add water, softened butter, egg, sugar, salt, seasonings, flour, and yeast | |
# Select dough setting | |
# When dough is done (takes 1.5 hours), turn out onto lightly floured surface | |
# Divide dough into 16 portions; shape each into a ball | |
# Place 2 in. apart on greased baking sheet | |
# Cover and let rise in warm place for ~30 minutes | |
# Bake at 375° for 12-15 minutes | |
# Brush with butter and sprinkle with salt |
