Why is my ADC probe voltage wrong?
There may be nowhere for the current to flow on the right side of the circuit, leaving a floating voltage (recall this from EE109).
To fix this, connect your output to ground through a resistor, so that the current has somewhere to go. The resistor prevents ground pulling the output down to 0V.

Why is my voltage not high enough?
Look at the op amp settings and ensure it is set to output 20V instead of 12V
