It says specifically: “I discourage consuming any refined soy products, including all soy milk and isolated soy protein supplements." There's also a section thats says that soy contains lots of phytoestrogens, (100mg of soy = 1 birth control pill). It also disrupts your thyroid. So it's less about the diet/carbs than it is about health reasons.
