Researched Black hand. This deviation in plan was a bad idea. I could have researched Base 2 instead and i would have had it by now.
Will have to wait another day for Base 2 :(.

STEP 1: Join an alliance.
STEP 2: Create silos and accumulator to hold alliance bonus.
STEP 3: Concentrate on Credits since its not available from alliance bonus.
made into under 7K rank by doing the above in under 12 hour.
TIP: Inorder to extract maximum RP, use four Venom to destroy maximum army of an Considerably higher outpost.
For example 12 CP spend on a lvl 9 camp might give you resources plus 8K RP.
12 CP spend on a lvl 12 op will give you 30K RP ( but no resources since you wont destroy it ).
Its good to go for RP at the moment since our bonus from alliance gives us tib, cry and pow but no RP and Credits. Credits could be farmed. So its a good idea to concentrate on maximum RP per CP spend.
Now since you would be moving a lot from Day 1 towards the alliance, don't care about destroying the OP, just move on. Let them burn.

The Plan
What always helps and pays back in the end is to have many bases as early as possible.
If I remember correctly you get 2/3 of the cash you need for a new base back in tib, crystal and
power. So you get something back for your cash production.
The timeline is good for an air focus, but should work for all directions (leave out the cobra
shield if you go for inf or vehi focus):
0. START
1. Vertigo
2. Base 2
3. Black Hand
4. Scorpion (*)
5. Base 3
6. Specter
7. Cobra
8. Base 4
9. Cobra Shield Upgrade Really important, from here on you need no more venoms!
10. Base 5
from here on it depends much on your army. I researched on world 68 avatars, confessors and
even salamander here, because I could kill like 20% more bases with those units. For a long
term growth that is not really good, but we could get some nice POIs earlier cause of that.

All that requires just cash bases after your main. A second offense is not required until base 7.
* can be done after base 3 too. Depends on your army.
