Some things I learned:
System: mATX, InWin 301, Ryzen 5600X@88wPBO, EK AIO 240mm, MSI B550M Mortar, Crucial Ballistix 3600 16-18-18-38, seagate 650 sfx PSU
- You can do paste wrong by not perfectly cleaning both surfaces. Originally I cleaned the stock thermal paste off the AIO and used a big MX-4 dot in the center of the CPU. I experienced lags in thermal response and high temps. It took me somewhere about 40 q tips and 30 coffee filters to completely remove the paste with 91% ISO. I did the 5 dots method the second time around and temps are better controlled now.
