Professional

  • Transition from solely a copywriter to a hybrid copy/codewriter
  • Build a search application to speed funder prospecting
  • Add more visuals to my writing products
  • Increase work income, but maintain work/life balance
  • Achieve 4 paid publications
  • Continue to uncover my true interests and talents

Education - Skill Development

  • Slog (joyfully) through K&R and learn basics of C.
  • Finish the CS50 class before it ends in April (do this along with K&R)
  • Get a toehold on computer assisted reporting (fusion tables, scraping, Ruby, R, etc.)
  • Advance with Adobe CS6

Personal

  • Lose the freelancer 15 pounds
  • Become an avid runner
  • Rediscover joy in music and dance
  • Do some art projects for fun
  • Maintain my friendships
  • Develop spirituality

Last but not least...

Show my boyfriend how much I love him. Also, surprise him (in a good way) once in a while :)
