This is a general guide for how to get started with LaTeX in Atom.

NOTE: This guide assumes you already have LaTeX installed on your computer. If you do not, I recommend TeX Live.

There is no guarantee that this will work, i wrote this so in case anyone else have the same goal in mind. Using: Ubuntu 16.04; miniconda2

What i want to achieve:

use graph-tool
all other packages should fall in a virtual environment

Failed attempts:

I attempted to build graph-tool from scratch but did not work, and couldnt seem to pull everything together.
Attempt to use all the graph-tool packages on anaconda cloud... (idgi)

git + overleaf + github

Setup

Connect Overleaf and your local repo

Make a new project on Overleaf.
In the share menu, copy the link from "Clone with git"
On your computer:
- use cd to navigate to where you want to put your project

Install Homebrew
