The best rooms are often booked weeks before they are even listed online. One way to find them is by :
- Contacting agents you found on sites like <propertyguru.com.sg> or <99.co>, or ask from your friends in Singapore to refer one.
- Tell them where, what kind of rooms you want, criteria.
Several ideas for criteria:
- Location: Along east-west line? How many stops from your workplace?
- Owners to not have pets and infants?
- Air-conditoning.
