Strings in WordPress which are settings and should not be translated
Basically we can group those in these categories:
- DateTime
- Specific content, like "On" or "off", "ltr" or "rtl", etc.
- Number
- Google font name

Stopwords for the search are a special case. These need to be translated, but maybe not 1:1, but optimized for the specific locale.
