ZeroMusic Bot - Terms of Service

By using ZeroMusic Bot (“the Bot”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Bot.

1. Usage

  • ZeroMusic is provided “as is” without any guarantees or warranties. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Bot at any time without notice.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that the use of this Bot complies with Discord’s Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Abuse the Bot or use it in a way that disrupts the experience of other users.
  • Use the Bot for illegal activities, including but not limited to copyright infringement.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Bot.

3. Content

  • ZeroMusic only streams publicly available or user-uploaded content. You are responsible for the content you play through the Bot.
  • We are not responsible for any copyright violations that arise from using third-party services.

4. Data Collection

  • ZeroMusic does not collect or store any personal data from users, aside from essential logging for functionality and troubleshooting.

5. Termination

  • We reserve the right to block or restrict access to the Bot for any user or server that violates these terms.
