ZeroMusic Bot - Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy outlines how ZeroMusic Bot (“the Bot”) handles and processes user data. By using the Bot, you agree to this policy.

1. Data Collection

  • User Data: ZeroMusic does not collect or store personal information such as usernames, messages, or Discord IDs. The Bot only accesses information necessary for its core functionality (e.g., server IDs, voice channel IDs).
  • Bot Commands: Commands issued to the Bot are logged temporarily for performance and troubleshooting purposes. These logs are automatically deleted after a short period.

2. Third-Party Services

  • ZeroMusic may interact with third-party services (e.g., YouTube, Spotify) to stream content. These services may collect data according to their own privacy policies, which we do not control.

3. Data Usage

  • The Bot uses only the data required to perform its core functions, such as playing music and managing playlists. We do not sell, share, or use user data for any other purpose.

4. Data Security

  • We take reasonable precautions to protect data related to the Bot’s functionality, including logs and usage information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

5. User Control

  • Users can stop using the Bot at any time by removing it from their servers. Any temporary data collected during use will be deleted as per our retention policy.

6. Changes to This Policy

  • We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Bot after changes are made will constitute acceptance of the updated policy.

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, please contact the bot developer.
